Pricing
A builder final clean in Polk County runs about $749 at the median, based on our own 2026 job data. That's well above a standard house clean (median $136, typically $114–162) or even a deep clean (median $268, typically $200–356), because a new build means every cabinet, window track, and vent full of construction dust — closer in scope to a move-out clean ($95/hr for a two-cleaner crew, ~$325 typical) but bigger. Square footage, number of passes, and how much the trades left behind all move the price, so we quote each build individually. See the full numbers in our Central Florida cleaning cost study.
Timing
Plan on the better part of a day for a full builder final — it's the longest clean we do, running well past the ~3.5 hours a typical move-out takes (a standard clean averages ~91 minutes and a deep clean about 3 hours, for comparison). Rough cleans go faster; finals are slow, detailed work — sticker removal alone can eat an hour on a house full of new windows and appliances. We'll give you a time estimate with the quote so it fits your punch-list schedule. More timing data in how long house cleaning takes.
Phases
There are three: the rough clean (heavy debris and dust once the trades are mostly out), the final detail (the buyer-ready clean — glass, hardware, floors, inside everything), and the touch-up (whatever the punch-list crew kicks up after). Most new builds need at least the rough plus the final. Tell us which phase you need and we'll quote that, or all three together.

FAQ
Yes. We work with several Central Florida builders on rolling new-construction pipelines. Volume pricing available.
Most new builds need a rough clean plus a final detail. We can quote either or both.
Yes — paint, caulk, and adhesive removal are standard in our post-construction scope.
We do all three. The rough clean clears the heavy debris and dust once the trades are mostly out, the final detail gets the home buyer-ready, and the touch-up handles whatever the punch-list crew kicks up after. Tell us which phase you need and we'll quote that, or all of them together.
Yes. Drywall dust gets into everything, so we wipe down vents, registers, fan blades, and light fixtures, not just the surfaces you can see. That fine dust keeps resettling if it's left up high, so getting it out of the fixtures is what makes a final clean actually hold.
We clear the leftover dust, packaging, and small jobsite trash so the home is move-in clean. We don't haul off lumber, drywall scrap, or dumpster-sized debris, that's the contractor's job, but everything left after the build is gone, we take care of. Just tell us what you're expecting and we'll be clear about what's in the quote.
That's how most of our build jobs go. Give us the date the trades clear out and the date you need it ready, and we'll schedule the clean to fit between them. If the punch list slips a day or two, just call us and we'll move with it.
Yes. We clean new office, retail, and other commercial build-outs across Polk County, not only houses. Same idea as a home, scaled up, and we'll walk the space with you first so the quote matches the square footage and the finish date you're working toward.
