Since 2012 we've grown to 80+ active commercial accounts — and some of the work we're proudest of is the kind you can drive past. Here are a few of the projects our crews have handled across Polk County, often working shoulder to shoulder with the contractors who built them.

Public safety
Working alongside Everett Whitehead & Son, our crews have cleaned around ten fire stations and fire facilities across Polk County — including the Polk County Fire Training Facility, the largest of the group, plus stations in Mulberry, Lake Wales, and Winter Haven. Fire stations are their own kind of clean: you're working around the build crew in tight quarters, on specialized flooring, and through living quarters, kitchens, and apparatus bays that all have to be inspection-ready. The training facility piled on soot and residue from the tower decks and training props, on top of the usual final-clean detail. We work around the trades, protect the new finishes, and hand over a station the crew can move right into.
Civic
When Collage Companies came in to build the City of Winter Haven's new recreation and cultural-arts building, we handled the cleaning side — and then some. As the opening neared, the city needed to occupy the building early, and some of the work hadn't been in the original scope, including detailing the furniture and fitness equipment. We worked hand in hand with Collage and the city to get the lobby, library, hallways, restrooms, and fitness rooms spotless — buffing floors and dusting down the equipment — so the doors could open on schedule. Coming through for our own city on a tight grand-opening deadline is exactly the kind of job we love.
Community
Cleaning the Boys & Girls Clubs of Polk County was a chance to give back to a place that does so much for local kids — a full final clean of classrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, the covered patio, and high glass, so staff and members could walk into a fresh, ready space.

How we work with builders
A lot of this work comes from contractors who've learned they can hand us the keys near the finish line. We do the post-construction final clean — construction dust, sticker and adhesive removal, floor care, and detail — and the building is move-in ready. For ongoing care after the doors open, see our full commercial cleaning and warehouse & industrial programs. And every so often we get to give one back to the community.
