Typically, cleaning will take about 1–2 hours for a typical family-sized home. Factors such as humidity and air circulation can influence drying time, but we ensure to minimize any inconvenience.
What should I do to prepare for my cleaning appointment?
A general tidy up of the areas you'd like cleaned — this enables our cleaners to focus all of their time on cleaning. We ask for all large furniture to please be moved if you would like vacuuming/cleaning behind. If you need assistance with large heavy items, extra assistance can be provided. Please feel free to give us a call — our staff are always more than happy and willing to help. If you have any special chemicals that you want used please leave them out before the appointment arrival window.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all — many of our customers leave a key, garage code, or lockbox combination. We're fully insured and our staff are background-checked. You're also welcome to be home if you prefer.

We cover Central Florida — Lakeland, Mulberry, Winter Haven, Auburndale, Plant City, and surrounding communities. If you're outside that radius, give us a call and we'll see what we can do.
